Job Title: Lead Architect

Job Summary

• The Lead Architect will play a pivotal role in driving architectural design excellence within the organization. 
• This position involves overseeing the conception, development, and execution of architectural plans, ensuring they align with project goals, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. 
• The ideal candidate must possess a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage projects from inception to completion successfully.

Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Development:

• Lead the entire architectural design process from concept to execution.
• Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Integrate innovative solutions and emerging technologies into architectural plans.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with Project Managers to address client needs and expectations.
• Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants for seamless project execution.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Conduct thorough reviews of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and legal requirements.
• Work with top-tier contractors on complex construction projects.

Project Management & Execution:

• Oversee multiple projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and cost control.
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid project disruptions.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
• Foster a collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

• Participate in post-project evaluations to enhance architectural methodologies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure as an architect (ARCON certification preferred).
• Proven track record with commercial, residential, or industrial projects valued at N750 million+.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
