We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead Auditor

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Complete the planning process and develop an overall audit approach timely.
• Ensure all audit program steps are addressed.
• Complete projects within negotiated budgets and calendar due dates, with any deviations from planned objectives approved in advance.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers which include management and personnel of the external, independent parties.
• Supervise auditors on individual projects, assigning challenging tasks within their ability, and ensuring they receive appropriate coaching and mentoring on the techniques and procedures involved in auditing
• Test internal controls using a risk-based approach.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales..
• Collaborating with company consultants to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
• Meeting with potential clients to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Assist with preparing the annual audit plan and budget.
• Develop audit plans for construction cost audits, and determine appropriateness of general contractor charges to underlying contract terms.
• Identify cost savings, operational & business process improvements.
• Assist in the business risk assessment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, sales management or relevant field.

Salary
N140,000 - N150,000 monthly
