We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator 

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments tidentify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Develop, organize, and facilitate training programs, workshops, and seminars for staff and clients.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs 
• Collaborate with department managers tunderstand current and future training needs.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions
• Other duties as may be required.

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Education, or related fields
• Certification in Training and Development is a plus.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
• 4 - 7 years of experience in training and development, preferably in Oil & Gas / Marine sectors
• Ability tassess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
