We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Learning and Development Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in:

• Designing and implementing organization-wide L&D strategies
• Managing performance improvement frameworks
• Using data analytics to evaluate training impact.
• Conducting training needs analysis and capacity development planning

Qualification

• Interested candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years work experience.
