• We are seeking a Learning and Development professional with 5+ years of experience to design and implement impactful training programs that enhance employee performance and support career growth.
• Experience in the banking sector is required.

Minimum Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related fields.

Certifications (Preferred):

• CIPM, SHRM, ATD, or other relevant professional certifications.
