Requirements

• To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in learning and development.
• You should be knowledgeable about instructional design principles and have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
