Job Title: College Principal
Candidate must be mature, energetic, enthusiastic and goal- driven. He/She must be able to confidently motivate, mobilize and coach employees to meet high performance standards in order to achieve the goals of the institution.
Required Qualification:
A Bachelor's Degree in Education or any other Discipline with a Post Graduate Diploma in an
Education (PGDE). A Master's Degree will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years post qualification work experience with at least 5 years in an
administrative capacity,
Skills:
• Effective Communication skills (listening, writing and verbal) .
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and Computer skills


Job Title: Subject Teachers (All Subjects)
Candidates must have love and passion for teaching young people. He/ She must intelligent, enthusiastic, an icon of inspiration and a life- long learner.
Required Qualification:
A Bachelor'S Degree in Education or any other Discipline with a Post Graduate Diploma in
Education (PGDE). A Master's Degree will be an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification teaching experience.

• Deep Knowledge of Subject Matter.

Job Title: Resident College Nurse
Candidates must be patient and compassionate, with a sympathetic and caring personality. He/She must enjoy working with young people.
Required Qualification: RN
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years work experience as a nurse in a hospital or a school.
Skills:
• Comprehensive knowledge of common ailments of pediatrics and adolescents and the treatment of same as prescribed by a physician.
• Comprehensive knowledge of providing efficient patient care.
- Ability to respond promptly, take informed and the right decisions in cases of emergency.

Job Title; Guidance and Counsellor
Candidates must be patient. pleasant and caring and be able to respond promptly to students' emotional and academic needs.
Required Qualification:
B.Ed Guidance and Counseling.
Minimum of 8 years work experience as a School Guidance
Counsellor.
Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Career Guidance.
• Effective communication Skills.
• Possess a good inter-personal relationship.
• Respond promptly to students' emotional and academic needs.

Job Title; Maintenance Officer
Candidates must be Intelligent,energetic, thorough and be able to work with little or no supervision. Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of O.N.D. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Skills:
-Comprehensive knowledge of Electrical. Mechanical and Plumbing works.

Job Title: House Parent (Male & Female)
Candidates must be mature, pleasant and possess high sense in pastoral care.
Required Qualification:
A retired teacher or nurse with A Bachelor'S Degree in any discipline or RN with a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience.
Skills:
• Effective communication skills (Listening, writing and verbal).
• Ability to respond promptly to emergency situations.
• Organizational skills and eye for details.

Job Title: Caterer
Mature and experienced in school catering with good organizational skills.
Required Qualification:
Minimum of O.N.D Catering and Hotel Management.
Experience:
Minimum of 5years work experience as a caterer in a school.
