Snappy Credit Limited, a Fintech company that provides quick loans to customers via an online process, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Recovery and Monitoring Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Track loan performance: Monitor the status of loans and repayment schedules.
• Follow-up with borrowers: Maintain regular communication to ensure timely repayments.
• Identify early warning signs: Detect potential defaults or signs of financial stress in borrowers.
• Initiate recovery action: Contact defaulters via calls, WhatsApp, or formal notices.
• Negotiate repayment plans: Work with clients to restructure or reschedule loans if necessary.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 - 1 years of work experience.
• Previous experience in tele-collections or Customer Service will be an added advantage
• Attention to detail and strong Listening skills.
• Persuasive, sales/marketing and analytical skills will be an added advantage.
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Agile, Teachable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

• Basic Salary: N60,000
• Bonus: Daily bonus, weekly bonus, (up to N15,000)
• Permission to work from home (return to the office for skills training if not performing well)
• Salary increased in three months and again in six months.
