Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the recovery of IT equipment from current and former employees, managing asset tracking, and providing accurate reporting and analysis.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

Job Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, including proficiency in English and Math.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a logistics analyst in the IT industry or related fields.
C2-level English speaker with strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with U.K. residents and other English-speaking audiences.
Strong data entry and administrative skills (preferred).
Ability to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
Excellent comprehension and adherence to instructions.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in a contact center environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to communicate persuasively and handle differing viewpoints effectively.
Proven teamwork experience and ability to follow procedures.
