We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Planning: Plan routes, schedules, and budgets
• Managing inventory: Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
• Customer service: Respond to customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards and implement safety protocols for processing export goods.
• Staff management: Supervise and train the logistics team. Assign tasks and follow-up with staff to ensure productivity .
• Transportation: Select drivers, negotiate rates, and schedule shipments
• Shipping: Process shipments, handle imports and exports, and ensure safe delivery to airport for export & pickup from the airport for import .
• Supply chain: Analyze supply chain operations for inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Reporting: Review reports for accuracy and maintain metrics to assess performance
• Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, drivers, despatch riders , retailers, and consumers.

Requirements

• HND / OND / B.Sc Degree with 2 years of experience.
• Ability to use Microsoft and Google suite tools( ExcelSheets, Docs, PPT
• Able to use basic graphics design tools- Canva, Inshot , CapCut.
• Proximity to Oregun Ikeja is a plus.
• Great communication skills.
• Attention to details and good customer service skills.

Work schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm.
• Saturday is 8am to 1pm.

Benefits

• Salary: N210,000 monthly.
• 50% of salary as 13th month
• Bonus payment for Saturdays.
