Job Title: Management Trainee

Location: Ilupeju, Ajao Estate, and Gbagada - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As we continue to expand, we are looking for energetic and ambitious graduates to join our team as Management Trainees and grow into future leaders of the organization.
• As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a structured training and development program designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience required to take on leadership roles within the organization.
• You will work closely with experienced professionals across various departments, including HR, Sales and Business Development, Technology, Service Management, Legal, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job training and departmental rotations.
• Assist in planning and executing departmental projects and initiatives.
• Shadow experienced staff to gain insight into organizational operations.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects within set timelines.
• Demonstrate commitment, drive, and leadership potential throughout the program.
• Support line managers in daily operational tasks and reporting.
• Analyze data and prepare presentations for management reviews.
• Contribute to process improvement and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Telecoms, Engineering, Business, or IT-related fields preferred).
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work in different departments and adapt to change.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
