We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Management Trainee

Location: Ilupeju, Ajao Estate, and Gbagada - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

As we continue to expand, we are looking for energetic and ambitious graduates to join our team as Management Trainees and grow into future leaders of the organization.
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a structured training and development program designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience required to take on leadership roles within the organization.
You will work closely with experienced professionals across various departments, including HR, Sales and Business Development, Technology, Service Management, Legal, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in on-the-job training and departmental rotations.
Assist in planning and executing departmental projects and initiatives.
Shadow experienced staff to gain insight into organizational operations.
Complete assigned tasks and projects within set timelines.
Demonstrate commitment, drive, and leadership potential throughout the program.
Support line managers in daily operational tasks and reporting.
Analyze data and prepare presentations for management reviews.
Contribute to process improvement and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Telecoms, Engineering, Business, or IT-related fields preferred).
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to work in different departments and adapt to change.
0–2 years of work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
