Requirements

• B.Sc, HND or OND in related discipline
• Ability to oversee and develop marketing strategies and promotional activities
• Ability to present and pitch ideas and strategies
• Excellent communications skills
• Applicants MUST reside within Alimosho, Ipaja and environ.
• 2-3 years’ sales and marketing experience
• Firm understanding of real estate investment and development
• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive preferably in theReal Estate sector
