We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist (Chemical Pathology and Histology)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Preparation of samples sent to external labs for investigation and receipt of such reports.
• Provision of and compliance to blood transfusion services.
• Compliance with professional ethics (certification and legislative) of the practice.
• Trainings of interns (Medical Laboratory Scientists) on one-year internship programme and Medical Lab. Scientists in training and NYSC.
• Phlebotomy.
• Basic routine maintenance of Laboratory equipment.
• Provision of quality control assurance measures for laboratory techniques and procedures.
• You undertake to work productively in order to meet the organizational goals and objectives.
• To be prepared to work flexibly outside normal office hours.
• Clinical / Diagnostics testing of samples.
• Documentation of results and reports.
• Generation of bills.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science or AMLSCN from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years post internship experience working with different Laboratory automation machines.
