Bature Brewery - Having built the Nigeria's first ever microbrewery in 2017 - equipped and established in the nation’s capital, Abuja - we have continually grown and now operate our ever expanding brewhouse from our facility in the heart of Victoria Island. Our brewery and taproom is the shrine behind the craft beer community in Lagos, with good times that flow as readily as the delicious cold beer from our draft taps.

Job Description

• The Merchandise & Retail Coordinator manages the merchandising strategy, stock, and sales for both the physical and online stores. 
• They ensure brand consistency, maintain inventory levels, and drive sales through effective promotions and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for the physical and online merchandise store.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales.
• Analyse sales performance and report findings to the Hospitality Director.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Revenue generated from merchandise sales (online and offline).
• Inventory turnover rate.
• Customer satisfaction score for merchandise purchases.
• Accuracy of inventory records.
• Success of promotional campaigns (e.g., sales uplift).
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all merchandise.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorders with suppliers.
• Oversee the physical store’s layout and customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Media and Communications or any other related course
• Years of experience: 2 years and above.
• Hands experience of working on other e-commerce platform is an added advantage.
