  • E-mail and telephone support, investigating, diagnosing and resolving agents' enquiries; working where necessary with internal support teams and other colleagues (e.g., call- center, Finance, IT).
  • • Remain in constant communication with a team of district managers and work closely to deliver sales support and attend to all agents' requirements.
  • • Taking end-to-end ownership over issues and managing agents expectations accordingly, appropriately escalating issues where required, providing education and ensuring issues are fully resolved in a timely manner.
  • • Creatively transforming a agents' property particulars (text & images) into a ToLet's admin web portal, including creating a summary description that will encourage users to view the full property details and ultimately generate sales enquiries.
  • • Responsibility for administering new product orders and making them live on the website.
  • • Ensuring agents' property details are displayed promptly, accurately and are updated
  • regularly.
  • • Maintaining the customer contact database - ensuring it is up to date and accurate.
  • • Request bespoke reports for agents on a variety of data sets such as product usage.
  • • Liaising with other business units and technology teams within ToLet to troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries.
  • • Perform a high volume of cold calls (50-80 daily) in order to secure new business
  • • Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis

Candidate Requirements
  • • minimum of HND in related field with 3 years experience in similar role

Job Title:  Digital Banking Officer Job Descriptions
  • • To support Retail Workbench; testing, field mapping, device configuration & updates; trainings and adoption drive including tier 1 support.
  • • To Support digital banking channels; ensure optimal and maximum uptime is maintained and escalate downtime to appropriate units for speedy resolution.
  • • To ensure all digital channels complaints have gone through sufficient examination, analysis, escalation and reflection, and if possible, rectification by applicable parties.
  • • To Participate in testing and quality assurances for key digital projects and ensure successful transition to production.
  • • To organize periodic trainings on digital banking activations by frontlines, digital interns and digital champions; and to facilitate Day-1-Readiness (D1R) training as organised by Learning Academy.
  • • Ensure timely and accurate MIS and dashboard reporting to drive digital activations and workbench adoption.
  • • To Support implementation of new projects and change request ( i.e. approved enhancements across digital channels).
  • • To provide ongoing technical support on bill payment complaint and resolution by maintaining high quality service in the following areas: ease of contact, sincere and professional attitude, prompt acknowledgment and reply to emails (meet pre-defined Service Standards), proper handling of queries, requests and complaints (e.g. offering reasonable and effective solution) and clear communication.
  • • To Identify business / improvement opportunities and report complaint which require special attention and recommend preventive measures to line manager.
  • • Monitor daily operations of Alternate Channels and identify improvement areas for reengineering to ensure delivery of efficient and high quality service to customers.
  • • To Manage Digital Channels process notes and operating instructions, with configuration management to ensure easy retrieval and safe keeping
  • • To have active involvement with the Wealth Management and BC teams and the branch network to effect channels synergy.
  • • To help with research on local and global trends to improve service offerings to our customers
  • • To monitor competition and keep abreast of the channel offerings/service developments.
  • • To maintain a good working relationship with our vendor partners to enable improved service levels and deliverables.
  • • To be responsible for appraising project management personnel of project status and provides advice on project related issues and concerns.
  • • To help interpret financial policies and procedures, reviews financial documents for management implications, provides financial support services, and assists in the formulation of program budgets.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • • Minimum of B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field is required.
  • • Minimum of 2-5 years of progressively responsible experience in public or private accounting is required.
  • • Level IV (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing in English Language is required. Language proficiency will be tested.
  • • Thorough Knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and budgeting procedures, and cash reconciliation is required.
  • • Must have excellent interpersonal skills with ability to supervise and train Accounting Technicians.
