Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The office assistant will provide administrative support to all employees which include office errands and assisting in carrying out other operational duties daily
• The office assistant will provide administrative support to all employees which include office errands and assisting in carrying out other operational duties daily.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to operations staff where necessary.
• Actively participate in stock delivery and distribution process which may include: stock movement from warehouse to shop, arrangement on shelves and assisting clients with purchased goods.
• The employee will be responsible for the cleaning of all company vehicles as required.
• Performs a variety of operational task required departmentally.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of OND educational qualification in any field.
• 0-2 Years working experience in any industry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
• Excellent Communication and Reporting Skills
• Driving ability is a must.
• Must reside around Lekki/Ajah.
