Program Duration: 2 years (6-month rotation + 18-month specialised development)
Department: Multiple (rotations across all subsidiaries)
Reports To: Assigned Line Manager / Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

• The Oilserv 2026 Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program is a structured two-year career development initiative aimed at nurturing exceptional young talent for future leadership roles within the Oilserv Group. 
• In the first six months, trainees participate in rotational assignments across all subsidiaries to gain comprehensive business exposure. This is followed by an 18-month specialised development track in their chosen field or career. 
• The program includes support for professional certification, skills development, project involvement, and mentorship.
• This opportunity provides hands-on industry experience, promotes career growth, and paves the way for becoming a high-performing professional in the oil and gas sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2.1 in Engineering, Law, Information Management, Accounting, ESG and Social sciences
• Not older than 28 years
• ESG knowledge is an additional advantage.
• Must have completed NYSC
• 0-2 years work experience 

Travel Requirement:

• Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.
