A well established firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with Head Office in Lagos requires the service of result oriented personnel to fill the vacant position below:     Job Title: Office Assistant/Clerk Location: Lagos Qualification

• A minimum of OND in any discipline.

    Job Title: Senior Estate Surveyor (Specialization in Valuation) Location: Lagos Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 7 years cognate experience.
• Must be very good in Valuation
• Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence.
• Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• ANIVS is required

    Job Title: Accounts Officer Location: Lagos Qualifications

• Applicants must possess a minimum of OND in Accounting with 2-3 years experience.

    Job Title: Pupil Estate Surveyor Location: Lagos Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience. Must be able to drive + a Valid Drivers Licence.
• Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
• Good marketing and communication skills.

    Job Title: Senior Estate Surveyor (Management) Location: Lagos Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
• Must be very good in Property Management
• Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence.
• Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• ANIVS is an added advantage.

    Job Title: Confidential Secretary Location: Lagos Qualification

• Applicants must be computer literate.
• Must be able to take dictation and have at least 4 years experience.
• Candidates with a B.Sc or HND in Secretarial Studies would be preferred.
