A well established firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with Head Office in Lagos requires the service of result oriented personnel to fill the vacant position below:
Job Title: Office Assistant/Clerk
Location: Lagos
Qualification
- A minimum of OND in any discipline.
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 7 years cognate experience.
- Must be very good in Valuation
- Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence.
- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- ANIVS is required
- Applicants must possess a minimum of OND in Accounting with 2-3 years experience.
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience. Must be able to drive + a Valid Drivers Licence.
- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Good marketing and communication skills.
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
- Must be very good in Property Management
- Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence.
- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- ANIVS is an added advantage.
- Applicants must be computer literate.
- Must be able to take dictation and have at least 4 years experience.
- Candidates with a B.Sc or HND in Secretarial Studies would be preferred.
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
- Must be very good in Agency
- Must be able to drive + a Valid Drivers Licence.
- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Good marketing and communication skills.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- ANIVS is an added advantage.
- Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of B.Sc or HND in the Social Sciences
- Computer Skill with minimum 2 years experience.
- Be able to organise and supervise administrative activities of the firm.
