Job Title: Operation Officer Location: Ibadan, Oyo Job Type: Full time
Job Brief
  • We are seeking an organized and driven operations officer that will effectively develop and enact company policies and increase efficiency of operations for our organization.
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures
  • Ensure company policies align with and advance business objectives
  • Develop improved business functionality that increases profits
  • Conduct frequent performance reviews
  • Contribute to innovation of new products
  • Monitor product inventory
  • Maintain positive client and vendor relationships
  • Develop and implement human resources practices
  • Communicate with management teams to confirm execution of company processes
  • Train staff in policies and procedures and supervise their daily work
  • Set goals for staff and monitor their progress
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong business acumen
  • Adept problem solver and decision maker
  • Excellent communicator both orally and written
  • Candidate must reside in Ibadan.
  • Acute understanding of resource allocation
  • Experience developing and modeling human resources
