Job Title: Operations Lead, Physical Security

Job Summary

• The Operations Lead, Physical Security will be responsible for providing leadership to the Guarding Business’ operations and activities nationwide
• The job holder will research and provide advice and recommendations on physical security- related matters, provide technical guidance and assistance in all aspects of physical security.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience with at least 2 years at senior management
• Experience in providing/advising on security solutions is an advantage
• Previous military experience and intelligence is an added advantage
• First Degree from any reputable tertiary institution
• Postgraduate qualification, preferably an MBA Degree
• Professional qualification in security is essential
