We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Jahi, Abuja (FCT)

The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and meeting minutes.
  • Promote and implement sustainable and environmentally responsible practices in agriculture and agric tech projects.
  • Monitor project financials and ensure that expenditures align with the budget. Seek funding opportunities or cost-saving measures as needed.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, create detailed project plans with timelines and budgets, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve project objectives on time, and promote effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, such as farmers, suppliers, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agric Tech, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years as a Project Manager in the agriculture or Agric tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural regulations, technology, and sustainable practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

  • Expertise in project management, including planning and resource management.
  • A solid understanding of compliance is necessary.
  • Highly innovative.
  • Promotes sustainability.
  • Strong leadership and team management, fostering collaboration among team members.
  • Crucial stakeholder engagement, involving effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • The manager should be skilled in risk management, quality assurance, and financial management.

N200,000 - N280,000 monthly.
