Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• Opay is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, lead the operations team, and ensure smooth execution of field and telesales activities.
• The ideal candidate will be results-driven, highly organized, and capable of resolving issues in real time to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Telesales team to ensure daily targets are met and calls are successfully executed.
• Ensure smooth running of BD activities in the field, with prompt escalation of issues where necessary.
• Lead and manage the Operations team effectively.
• Oversee inventory and ensure timely dispatch of materials to respective states.
• Resolve operational issues promptly for both the Agent Bank Team and the Campus Team.
• Prepare and share daily reports with the team.
• Perform other tasks as required to support the business.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Minimum of 2years of proven experience in operations, preferably in fintech, banking, or related industries.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N400,000 Gross (N200,000 Basic + N200,000 Performance Pay).
