We were registered to undertake the Procurement of Medical Devices and General Hospital Consumables, satisfying these with competence has been our goal over these years. Prezgreel Investments Limited has a working relationship and contractual agreement with major Healthcare Institutions in all 36 states including FCT in Nigeria and has Territory Representatives in all states of Nigeria with over 20 sub-distributors that cover major regions in the country. Job Title: Order Fulfillment Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)

- As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely processing of customer orders.
- Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming sales orders, from the point of receipt to successful delivery.
- You will collaborate closely with the sales team, warehouse personnel, and logistics partners to coordinate the fulfillment process.
- Process incoming sales orders with precision and attention to detail, verifying accuracy and completeness.
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures related to order processing and inventory management.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all orders and related documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability for order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve any order-related issues, such as product availability, shipping delays, or customer inquiries.
- Liaise with shipping carriers and logistics partners to arrange timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Update order status and tracking information in the system, keeping customers informed of their order's progress.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve order fulfillment processes and customer satisfaction.
- At least seven years of experience as an Order Fulfilment Specialist, or similar position.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software.
- Problem-solving mindset to handle order-related challenges promptly and efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Hands-on experience with sales software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring order accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
