It was registered in 2013 with the No. RC:1115629 under the Relevant statutory body governing the Commission. We were registered to undertake the Procurement of Medical Devices and General Hospital Consumables, satisfying these with competence has been our goal over these years. Prezgreel Investments Limited has a working relationship and contractual agreement with major Healthcare Institutions in all 36 states including FCT in Nigeria and has Territory Representatives in all states of Nigeria with over 20 sub-distributors that cover major regions in the country. Job Summary

• As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely processing of customer orders.
• Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming sales orders, from the point of receipt to successful delivery.
• You will collaborate closely with the sales team, warehouse personnel, and logistics partners to coordinate the fulfillment process.

Job Description

• Process incoming sales orders with precision and attention to detail, verifying accuracy and completeness.
• Adhere to established company policies and procedures related to order processing and inventory management.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all orders and related documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability for order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve any order-related issues, such as product availability, shipping delays, or customer inquiries.
• Liaise with shipping carriers and logistics partners to arrange timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Update order status and tracking information in the system, keeping customers informed of their order's progress.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve order fulfillment processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience as an Order Fulfilment Specialist, or similar position.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software.
• Problem-solving mindset to handle order-related challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Hands-on experience with sales software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring order accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
