We are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Order Processing Supervisor

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Manage all (customer sales orders, production orders) ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner, working with sales, finance, purchasing.
• They use relevant software and technology to find the product in the warehouse. Likewise, they consult the inventory to confirm if the product is available
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized.
• Responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of sales orders received through all channels responsible for accurate
• Interface with divisions/customers which will involve communicating problem areas
• Accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of an order.
• Identify and note new orders
• Review orders to ensure accuracy and prepare the stock for packing
