Our mission is to use technology to provide innovative and sustainable pathways to economic empowerment for young people and increase citizen participation in governance so they can demand accountability and good governance from public office holders.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: People and Culture Officer

Location: Abuja

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.
• Proven track record in reducing organization's attrition rate.
• Proficient in Nigeria labor laws.
• Experienced with HRIS (e.g., Zoho People, Pade HCM).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Expertise in end-to-end recruitment process and employee relations.
• Skilled in policy management and managing entire employee lifecycle.
