We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with the organization and coordination of meetings, events, and special projects.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Utilize social media platforms to support the CEO's online presence and digital initiatives.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and project delivery.
Conduct research on various topics to assist with decision-making and planning.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
Perform additional administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
