Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (PA to MD) of our esteemed real estate company, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the MD.
  • This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure the MD is well-prepared for all engagements by providing necessary documents and information.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and special projects.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, from planning to post-event activities.
  • Manage and track expenses, prepare reports, and reconcile credit card statements.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the MD as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the executive office.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the MD, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Draft, review, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Ensure travel plans align with the MD's preferences and business requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend meetings as required, preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Screen and prioritize calls, inquiries, and requests on behalf of the MD.
  • Manage access to the MD's office, ensuring a smooth flow of communication.
  • Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • Additional certifications in office management or executive assistance are a plus.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Proficient in office software and technology.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.

Salary
N100,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
