Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Location: Abraham Adesanya, Lekki - Lagos

Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pharmacy Technician to support the Head of Pharmacy in preparing and dispensing medications, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
• The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and has a solid understanding of pharmaceutical processes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Accurately label and package medications.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and patients to clarify prescriptions and provide information.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Support patient privacy and uphold confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Manage inventory, restock shelves, and check for expired medications.
• Enter and maintain patient information and prescriptions in the pharmacy system.
• Process insurance claims and handle billing issues.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or HND in any science-related discipline.
• At least 2 - 3 years of Pharmaceutical Experience.
• Proficient with pharmacy software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid Pharmacy Technician Certificate.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay Packages

• Net pay of N150,000 / Month.
• HMO after 3 months.
• Performance incentive.
