Homeland is a Real Estate Development & Construction Company in Lagos State and we invite applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Real Estate & Construction

Job Objective

• To procure materials and supply for use on Project Site

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures that materials needed on site are readily available as at when needed.
• Manage and prepare LPOs and payment for suppliers.
• Negotiate prices on behalf of the company with the suppliers.
• Forecast upcoming demand for projects.
• Plan and strategize for supplies that will be needed for projects.
• Must work with project engineers on their request of supplies.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND qualification.
• Must have worked in real estate for a minimum of 3 years.
• Vast Knowledge in real estate
• Has a structured pre-existing relationship with suppliers for construction materials.
• Candidates must reside within the Lekki/Ajah/Sangotedo axis to enable easy mobility to site.
