Job Title: Product and Operations Analyst

Description
The Product and Operations Analyst is responsible for:

• Overall health and success of assigned products through-out the product lifecycle
• Proper documentation of all products-in-portfolio i.e. Functional Requirement Document and User Stories Backlog
• Working closely with the technology team to ensure the product development efforts are deployed in the right direction
• Customer success, by ways of working with all concerned parties in the service delivery chain and ensuring that the client’s needs are consistently met.
• Providing post-implementation support to onboarded clients for assigned products
• Preparing product pitch deck, product marketing materials and ensuring accuracy of the information captured therein
• Full automation of all products to ensure utmost efficiency
• Ensure proficiency and effectiveness in day to day operations;
• Be flexible to take up new additional responsibilities as directed by your Line Manager
• Constantly liaising with all departments to document their current-state and design efficient processes to achieve an enhanced seamless process for each department
• Engaging with banking partners, card schemes and the Companies’s clients to enhance the working relationship between these parties and the Companies
• Conducting research to design efficient product development methodology
• Conducting periodic product evaluations to ascertain required upgrades and improvements for subsequent versions
