Globalcare Environmental Needs Limited is a dynamic company, a fast growing FMCG located in Anthony Village area of Lagos that into production of Cleaning agent like Toilet Cleaner, Dish Washer, Sanitizer, E.t.c.

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of the production process in Cleaning Agent manufacturing facility.
• This involves overseeing the production of industrial Cleaning Agent, ensuring that the entire process is efficient, timely, and compliant with industry standards.
• The candidate will also be responsible for product innovation, staff management, and the continuous improvement of production methods.
• The candidate must be fluent in both English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee industrial paint production, ensuring quality, cost, and deadline targets are met.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with R&D for product development and improvements.
• Maintain quality control and report performance to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Manage production budgets and inventory in coordination with procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial paint manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both English.
