Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Factory Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes, ensure production efficiency, and maintain quality standards.
• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in production management, and the ability to optimize workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory operations and production processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Collaborate with management to optimize resources and reduce waste.
• Ensure production targets are met efficiently and within deadlines.
• Maintain quality control standards and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
• Train and manage production staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant technical certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety and quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory production supervision.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
