Intecil as a manufacturing group commenced operations in 1993, with the founding of Integrated Chemical Industries Limited, dedicated to the production of resin and chemicals for the paint industry. We have since diversified into the homecare products market with the incorporation of Intecil Products focused on manufacturing of laundry soaps, detergent and liquid cleaners. Headquartered in Enugu, our offices are located across the major commercial cities in Nigeria namely Lagos, Kano, Abuja, Onitsha and Aba.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Supervisor (Soap and Detergent)

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all manufacturing process goes smoothly and efficiently
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Overseeandcoach employees.
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Check production output according to specifications

Requirements and Skills

• HND or Degree in a Technical, Engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
• 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Office.
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience as a soap dryer/ boiler / operator mixer
• experience as Production Supervisor (soaps and detergent)
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools

Remuneration

• Salary - Very competitive (N50,000 - N100,000 monthly)
• Pension
• HMO
• 13th month salary.
