Ruthschild Foundation, an indigenous NGO, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Program Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Part-time

Description 

• We need a Program Officer on a part-time basis. The program officer will be responsible for contributing to the identification, formulation, implementation and monitoring of programs.
• She will ensure effective policy dialogue with government institutions, and other NGOs and cooperation, and coordination with all stakeholders in the field of fiscal transparency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working closely with the management to execute women and Children programs.
• Preparing proposals, reports, contracts, briefings and other such publications for women and Children programs.
• Update social media handles and provide updates for the website
• Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, briefings and other such publications
• Liaising with internal and external teams to plan, execute and monitor advocacy projects.
• Carryout programs across the country

Qualifications
The candidate is required to possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• At least two years’ relevant work experience in the NGO space.
• Willingness to travel within Nigeria
• Ability to work alone and deliver targets.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research.
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential issues.
