Voice of Women Empowerment Foundation is a non-profit and non-political organisation that works to promote self-reliance and leadership for Women and Girls. Our strategic interventions include advocacy on wellbeing and capacity building in line with Sustainable Development Goals. We partner and collaborate with media organisations in the 6 geopolitical zones of Nigeria to mainstream and amplify women's voices.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Programs Manager

Location: Arepo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Program Planning and implementation: Develops multiple plans. Set goals and timelines. Manage and provide guidance to staff and volunteers in the day-to-day execution of projects.
• Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting: Works closely with M&E officer to develop and implement M&E systems. Tracks performance, impacts and make recommendations for improvement.
• Grant proposal writing. Develop and manage program budgets in coordination with finance. Contribute to the annual strategic planning process.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
• Risk Management: Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies and ensures project continuity.
• Donor engagement. Conducts needs assessments and stakeholder consultations to inform program design.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / Month.
