Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Objective

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Coordinator to lead and manage our retail expansion and construction initiatives from concept to completion. 
• This role plays a vital part in advancing the company’s growth strategy by ensuring timely, high-quality development, renovation, and strategic rollout of retail outlets in alignment with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of retail construction projects.
• Develop detailed project roadmaps, including scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and ensure timely execution.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with construction quality and safety standards.
• Supervise renovation and upgrade works at existing retail locations.
• Liaise effectively with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external partners.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and evaluate performance metrics.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations for potential retail locations.
• Design 3D models and floor plans for proposed retail spaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction or retail project management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple projects across diverse locations.
• Solid understanding of construction planning, site assessment, and retail development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 / month.
