Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Position Overview

• As a Project Manager at ATO Architects Limited, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful completion of architectural projects.
• You will collaborate closely with clients, design teams and construction professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, from conception through completion.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior project management staff.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in an architectural firm or construction industry (minimum 1 year).
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction techniques, and building systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / month.
