We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager (Civil Engineer)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• You will lead the production of schematic design, design development and construction documents
• Responsible for developing integrated structural designs of buildings, renovations, or restorations from conception through completion and performing supporting calculations for the planned work
• Meeting construction budget by monitoring project expenditures, identifying variances, implementing corrective action as approved by the Project director
• Reviewing local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or any related course
• PMP, NSE, COREN is a plus
• Have a minimum of 6 years experience in similar role.
