Job Description

First Level support for APTRA Passport, Decisioning and Ncompass Archive. Respond to customer calls and queries promptly to resolve issues raised.
Liaising with our alternate clients where needed and ensuring adherence to client SLAs
Responsible for user training on the Passport suite as well as on Scanner usage and preventive maintenance
Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
Work with the global product support teams to support the APTRA Passport suite.
Implement payment projects, including SIT and UA projects.
Setting up and managing our in-house lab systems.
Responsible for the management of scanner assets at client sites.
