Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
- We require the services of a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to Develop, implement and maintain a system of quality and reliability in our business operations.
- Develop, implement and manage processes to ensure services meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability in services.
- Coordinate and participate in calibration and testing processes.Participates in product testing.
- Identify potential issues and profer solutions.
- Reviews client and customer feedback.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for services end-end.
- Support the development of a quality policy.
- Communicate quality standards and parameters to the team.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements
- B.Sc in any related field
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 6 years in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- ISO 9001 and/ or ISO 22000 certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and hotel management softwares.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
