We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Officer.
• The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that products meet high-quality standards through quality control, analytical skills, quality assurance, quality management, and quality auditing.
• The Quality Assurance Officer will work closely with other departments to ensure that Cormart's strict quality standards are maintained.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing the general operations of laboratory.
• Training, on boarding to department new staffs, trainees and support staff (IT and Corp members)’
• Team Lead Plant GMP to cover for both Quality and Food Safety Systems.
• Supervision of In-process checks and tests for dry products
• Monitoring and implementing shelf-life Monitoring procedures
• Offering of technical support to sales and Business Development department.
• Supervising Reviewing process documents for both Internal and external documents Audits.
• Team member customer complaints investigation and feedback.
• Preparation of In-House Training Module On Good Laboratory Practice and GMP Ethics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Certification in Quality Management is a plus.
• Quality Management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• 3+ years experience in a chemical manufacturing industry
• Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Auditing skills
• Analytical skills
