We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Location: Ogun
Job type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance.
• Supervise quality control inspectors and teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Maintain detailed quality reports, documentation, and records for internal and external audits.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
• Continuously improve quality control processes through data analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Work closely with regulatory agencies and certification bodies to uphold compliance standards.
• Identify and address quality issues, deviations, and defects, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to maintain quality and resolve quality-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in statistical quality control methods and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, compliance regulations, and ISO/GMP/HACCP guidelines.
