We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedurs, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
Review the quality of all materials, ensure compliance with all projects specifications and quality, and collaborate with necessary departments for materials procurement and quality materials.
Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinates with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
Monitor an efficient system, record all projects activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meet quality requirements
Oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specification and quality management systems (QMS) requirements
Implement risk-based inspection (RBI) activities and processes using API 580 and other similar programs to develop internal standard practices
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and radiographs
Determining the causes of products defects and proferring advance solutions
Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all operations.
Create checklist and test plan based on projects specification
Coordinates all QC activities with the operations manager
