Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Create and manage budgets and improve the company’s revenue.
• Market survey
• Maintaining cordial relationships with other employees of the Group.
• Help promote the Group’s products and services.
• Cost tracking of all projects.
• Site supervision on quantity control and cost control.
• Preparation of material schedule and program of work with completion dates.
• Advice the company on how best to save costs in line with international best standard practices.
• Follow up and ensure that due process is followed when a project is activated in the company, that client’s expectation is being met, and that the project is completed at the right time.
• To perform any other ad hoc function(s) that may be assigned by the Group from time to time.
