We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design documents.
• Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct measurements and prepare documentation for interim payment certificates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in interpreting design drawings, taking off/measurement of quantities, and preparing Interim Payment Certificates.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Must have experience in at least two (2) road construction or rehabilitation projects.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
