We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and valuations.
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience (AfDB/donor-funded projects preferred).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
