About Us

• We are a leading quarrying company seeking an experienced and skilled Quarry Operations Manager to oversee our quarry processes, pit management, and plant operations.
• If you have a proven track record of successfully managing quarry production from end to end, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire quarry production process, from pit to plant
• Manage and coordinate quarry operations, including extraction, processing, and transportation
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Lead and manage a team of quarry staff, providing guidance and training as necessary
• Install, maintain, and uninstall equipment and machinery as needed
• Ensure optimal quarry performance, efficiency, and safety

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in quarry process, pit, and plant management
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing quarry production from end to end
• Strong knowledge of quarry operations, including extraction, processing, and transportation
• Excellent leadership and management skills
