Allen And Burnet - Our client, who is into real estate, requires the services of an experienced candidates to fill the below position of:
JOB TITLE: REAL ESTATE OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS
HND/BSc in Estate Management or other related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in property management
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Proficiency with Ms Office such as Excel Word. PowerPoint etc
Analytical skill and ability to multi-task
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Real Estate Asset Officer is responsible for creating and overseeing asset management strategies for investment properties owned by the company.
Develop periodic asset management reports to management.
Provide pre-acquisition input and assistant in due diligence process Oversee the running of properties and responsible for maintaining and increasing its value

Maximize total return for each assigned asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance Manage investment projections

SKILLS
Candidate must be proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
He/She should be highly analytical and able to approach problems both logical and creatively
Must be good with numbers and know how to analyse financial data.
