We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receivable Accountant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Accountant at Evans Industries Limited in Lagos.
The Commercial Accountant will be responsible for financial statements, financial reporting, and management accounting tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
Prepare Management reports
Establish and monitor the implementation of accounting control procedure.
Develop and maintain financial databases.
Liaise with external Auditor for annual audit and ensure completion in record time.
Maintain inter-company account between the Company and other related Companies.
General ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data.
Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
Evaluate and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
Collect and analyse financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solution to business and financial problems.
Account payable management
Fixed asset Management
Any other role as may be assigned by Management.
