We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receivable Accountant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of invoice(s) upon receipt of POs from clients
• PO Invoicing
• Follow up clients on payments for invoices submitted
• Reconciliation of Customer position.
• Capture invoices into Project file sheets and on Navision Application
• Prepare and submit monthly PFIs (Proforma Invoices)
• Posting and applying all invoices paid upon receipt of remittance advice
• Liaising with Project Manager in resolving, rectifying and closing out on any issues with vendor/client invoices

Educational Level

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting / ACA / M.Sc / MBA
• 6 years Industry experience.
